Excellent use of I’m green TM from Braskem by Nomacroc to produce sustainable wine closures

With the use of I’m greenTM Polyethylene of Braskem, Nomacroc becomes the first company in the world to produce plant-based closure. Select Bio from wine bottles. It should be noted here that Green PE is derived from completely renewable material, sugarcane ethanol which can help in substantial reduction of carbon footprint. Greenhouse gas emissions will be also reduced with this product because 1 ton of Green PE is capable of sequestrating nearly 2 tons of carbon dioxide which is really an appreciable effort when compared to conventional polyethylene products.
