Cardia Bioplastic to acquire 42 percent shares on biohybrid films merger with the Stellar Film producers

Cardia Bioplastics, the leading bioplastic manufacturer in Australia has signed a contract with Stellar Films Group. This leading group is known well for production of film based items which are supplied to hygiene, personal care and medical product industries in Australia, Melbourne and Port Klang, Malaysia. According to the signed contract, Cardia Bioplastics will acquire all the units and shares issued in Stellar Films. Moreover, the ordinary shares in Cardia Bioplastics will be issued to the Stellar Films’ owner. According to estimation, Cardia shareholders will possess 42 percent of the merged group while Stellar Films’ owners will possess 58 percent shares on the same.

Originally, both the companies possess partnership for production of Cardia’s Biohybrid films which have been designed for hygiene and personal care industry. The main thing to know about the biohybrid films developed by the Stellar Film owners is that it exhibits a high performance property profile and extensive for it’s outstanding soft touch. Production of these films is carried out through proprietary cast film process while the warm feeling offered by these films favors production of personal care products such as diapers, nappies and high profile feminine products.
