Conventional plastic recycling process includes lots of water. Avoiding this waste is possible now through an innovative green technology that needs no any inclusion of water; developed by the Mexico based AK Inovex, this process has capacity of processing materials such as polystyrene, Styrofoam and ABS. for this purpose, a customizable series of devices is being applied. Marco Adame, the developer of this technology states that the process is able to process over 90 percent plastic without any inclusion of water and decreases the manufacturing cost up to 50 percent. One more thing to notice here is that the quality of the stuff does not ever decrease with the cost of production. During the entire processing, various stages with different temperatures are avoided.

Marco further states that the actual process of getting recycled beads include washing and further grinding plastic containers. But the AK Inovex’s technology is feasible as it needs lesser space in comparison to the traditional process, resulting in better quality stuff. The foremost advantage of this process is that it is capable of processing all kind of plastics. This is how; recycling can be made more beneficial. During the next year, company plans for changing its policy and will add an eco friendly washing device for plastic products.
