Kia Motors to launch the second generation Kia Soul EV in New Zealand

Kia motors have already achieved much reputation in the world of vehicle manufacturing and came into light after launching the zero emission electric vehicle. Also, that vehicle was first to be introduced in Korea. Now the company is looking for volume production of electric vehicles and steps of the group in this direction are being watched keenly from New Zealand. The second electric vehicle by the company in this direction is Kia Soul EV which is probably the most advance cars of its own type. In order to make this vehicle outstanding and user friendly, Kia motors designed it with the facility of plugging into the standard domestic electricity switch for recharging. It takes about 5 hours for charging the full battery through 6.6 KW AC slow charger. This second generation Kia Soul EV has been designed with the left hand drive version yet but soon the right hand drive version of the same will be launched.

According to the statement of the general manager of Kia Motors, Todd McDonald, the latest Kia Soul has been developed with industry leading technology that results in great environmental investment. The company is happy to launch this product in New Zealand.
