In the world of biodegradable production, D&L is a well known name; the company is engaged in the planning to begin shipping of biodegradable plastic products to Italy. Bionolle Starcla, the bioplastic is a starch based product that can be degraded easily. The best thing to know about this bio based product is that it can be decomposed into water and CO2 within 1 to 2 months when kept in exposure of microorganisms. Films of the bioplastic are totally compostable in sea water, fresh water, landfill, activated sludge, soil and compost. The biochemical is manufactured to be applied on traditional plastic blown film series. In order to ship the product, arrangements have been completed as per the statement of the chief financial officer, Alvin Lao.
He further added that the European market is good for offering promising business with assured profit. Also, they product is being launched there for facilitating use of bioplastics in more eco friendly manner.
