Business case stakeholder workshop is being organized by BIO-TIC European funded project on December 1, 2014 at Brussels that will discuss and prioritize the possible hurdles that are currently affecting the use of IB in production of bio-based plastics. Bioplastics and biopolymers have been invited to attend this workshop which will be a type of satellite event for 9th European Bioplastics Conference that will be held on 2nd and 3rd December this year.

Sole aims of this workshop will be to:
• Prioritize non-technological, market and technological hurdles affecting the IB’s use in production of bio-based plastics,
• Recognize genuine solutions to prominent hurdles including action timeframes; and
• Integrate all the decision makers, innovation agencies and technology providers to IB end users so that better connections and discussing stimulations can be easily achieved.
