Tetra Pak is again in discussion for the latest packaging project it has launches for food processing and packaging. The best thing to know about the latest project of the company is that it is totally bio-based, renewable and made up of sustainable materials. Introducing an ideal example to the Carton Industry, the new cartons by the carton have been produced from LDPE films and High density polyethylene caps developed from sugarcane. The most interesting part of the story is that the company has launched this innovative project in collaboration with Braskem, the biopolymer producers. It is expected that during early 2015, the packages will be introduced to the market which will be the first in the industry.
