The first bio-plastic touch screen manufactured by Kuender, Corbion Purac and Supla

Kuender, the Taiwan electronics producer and Corbion Purac NV in collaboration with the compounder Supla Co. Ltd. together planned to pay dividends for claiming about their product for which they guarantee of being the first bio-plastic touch screen computer housing at Fakuma. The high gloss white screen prepared for Kuender is special for its high thermo-resistance quality, impact resistance and scratch resistance. The product is being expected to be launched in New Year. More to know about the product is that it is made up of material having high dimensional stability offering the chance of tolerance when processing is going on.

According to the statement of Francois de Bie, the marketing director of the Corbion Purac, a processing of setting up PLA factory was being planned by Supla to offer high end material. As the company has already good compounding facilities, it is on the way to success. Now it will utilize the top class high quality by Corbion Purac’s for preparation of PLA resin. In this way the material has become strong enough to be applied in production of PLA bio-plastics products such as air filter boxes and trim parts in automotive industry. An entire range of serviceware applications and packaging products is being launched by the companies in collaboration; also Innovia films is planning to launch a complete stereo complex transparent film.
