Bayer MaterialScience to develop techniques for sending CO2 back to material cycle

Bayer MaterialScience is working in the field of life cycle management with great dedication. UTECH 2015 conference is being attended by the company with a slogan, ‘Do You Think In Life Science’. The international level polyurethanes trade show invites visitors to join the company in developing solutions for completion of the carbon cycle. This will also help to increase service life of products as well as reduction of environmental footprints. The head of commercial operations for polyurethanes in Europe, Hermann Josef states that Bayer MaterialScience is working hard to show clearly that CO2 can be fed back into the material cycle through development of technology. As Co2 is utilized as building blocks for synthesis of some foam precursors, it is also required to be sent back to the material cycle. This idea also helps to reduce dependency on fuels which are based on fossils.
