Dyson and CPI searching bioplastics use in end user products

The British manufacturing company, Dyson is working in a joint venture with the University of Cambridge’s Institute for production of biopolymer products. They are actually seeking the way to develop biopolymer based building blocks that are typically formed with plant based starches. Although, the company already possesses good series of applications for food packaging, consumer electronics and 3D Printing, still they are planning for carrying out a closed loop process with biopolymers assuring assessment of high class economic and technical feasibility. Here is full report about the plan http://www.uk-cpi.com/news/dyson-and-cpi-explore-use-of-bioplastics-in-consumer-products/

According to Nicholson, the external research programme manager states that biopolymers are awesome products as they can be recycled and used again after application. It is really the perfect material for reusing a product because it does not loss performance easily.   Some more awesome features of biopolymers are there to make them outstanding in the series of plastic production materials. Their transparent appearance, high robust make, surface finishing and flexible approach is something they are valued for.

According to the Graham Hillier, director of strategy and futures of CPI, the venture requires to be developed much and can take several years for full development. He further adds that the project is really good to make way for future evolution in this field.
